Sipping delicious wine with your friends, tasting unique local cheeses, beneath the shade of rustling poplars with a vineyard view…. our idea of a fun time!
On Saturdays in July you can enjoy a vineyard tour followed by a sit down cheese tasting and a wine talk with our staff. Most times I will have the pleasure of being your host.
We did a test run this past week. At lunch time I broke out the cheeses with our tasting room experts Julie and Sue, and they helped me choose the best wine/cheese pairings. “I could sit here and eat cheese all day! ” I exclaimed. But we were only allowed a nibble– and spent the next hour or so setting up cheese boards with little labels for all the samples.
Just before four pm, our guests arrived, and we had a wonderful time serving them outside on the lawn.
